Joining Coven 1934 starts with filling out an application to join the game during the sign up period. Once applications are closed, players will be selected based on a variety of factors. After an initial list of players is selected, others will be offered a place on a waiting list. If there are enough valid applicants, the game runners may choose to do multiple runs of the game.
Pricing and Payment
The ticket price for Coven 1934 will be $399. This will cover two days of immersive LARP in the ghost town. Hotel rooms and food are not included in this ticket price. Players accepted through the casting process will need to make a $199 deposit, and pay the remaining $200 before the deadline of December 1st, 2025.
After Applying
Applications close August 15th, 2025.
Once applications are closed, you will receive an email whether you have been accepted or placed on the waiting list. Acceptance emails will include a link to pay the first deposit on a ticket.
Flagging
All applicants are subject to a limited flagging process, where players can raise concerns about players as well as ask not to be directly associated with certain players. This is done for the safety and comfort for everyone involved. The staff will use their best judgment in how to deal with flagging situations.
Character Assignment
After flagging, character will be assigned to players. You will receive a write-up of each character and the groups they are part of. If you are unhappy with the character you are assigned, you can contact the staff and they will try and accommodate any changes.
